"People are really nice and helpful but their shipping costs are outrageous. I just paid $15 for a $13.20 book of stamps because the line at the post office in the middle of the day on Tuesday was out the door. Box your own stuff, if you use them to box, it's costly. Also, be aware they do not have federal express flat rate boxes. If I could have gotten one of those I would have saved myself at least $30.00 but I had perishable things to ship and they had to go out today, no time to chase down boxes. If you need to ship something special and don't care about the cost this place is great."
