"So I currently have 4 lines with this company, few days ago I had the worst customer service experience in this store, the lady manager, and another guy gave me misleading information in purpose in order to push a sale, they told me I was getting a phone for free If I come back 2 days later when the promotion was up, so I proceeded to add another line to my account because they told me what I just mentioned, I went to the store and of course they wanted to charge for everything went they clearly Said I wouldn't have to pay for anything to get the phone, on top of that, the guy had a terrible attitude and he was acting like he was doing me a favor and giving zero customer service, I'm filling a complaint and of course removing my 4 lines from this company. Not to mention that while I was there, 2 more people walked out complaining about how bad the service was there, again the same guy doing his thing. Please do not go to this store !"

"I would avoid this store and go to another location. Worst experience ever! Went in with my daughter and grandson to purchase a phone. Was 1 guy working and 2 ladies ahead of me. Waited for a hr and a half. He was so slow. A kid walked in while he was waiting on me and he stopped and was fixing his phone for him and put in a screen protector on for him. He also waited on another gentlemen that walked in Needing help with his phone while waiting on me. He had no knowledge about the phone's at all. We ended up leaving after 2 hrs with no phone."

"I heard this place used to be crummy. But I went 2 weeks ago and it was nice! No long lines, people working are knowledgeable. Clean store. They made suggestions before I left for plan upgrades & a new version of my current phone but were not pushy at all and they handled my reason for coming in first - efficiently & accurately. I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before being helped because the manager had gone outside as I was coming in. He went out to assist an elderly woman customer in crossing the very busy East Carson street and on her way safely. He didn't tell anyone or make a big deal, but I saw it myself. To me, that speaks volumes about a person & their business' practices. I'll be going to this location as long as it's under this management for all my Cricket phone & account needs."
