"I contacted Reigal for the first time on Monday regarding contracting them to do an electrical inspection for a loan. By Tuesday morning they had a tech at my home by 8am to perform the inspection. The same day by lunch time they had a quote with scope of work to meet requirements sent to me. Pleased with their attention to my urgency I contracted them for the work to which they had scheduled to preform the work that Friday. Everyone I had spoke to was more than friendly and understanding. Dan, the Tech at my house, as well as the brief conversation I had with Bill, the owner.
