CareNow Urgent Care - I-20 & Wheatland

"If your only issue is a cold or a standard physical, I'm sure it's fine. I was sick and they referred me to get a CT scan, which I did Monday following my visit on Saturday. I then waited FOUR WEEKS to get the CT scan results. The lab said they sent them to CareNow several times. CareNow kept saying they were not receiving them. I finally received a voicemail one month after my initial visit telling me to go to the emergency room due to the condition I had four weeks prior. I called the office and the doctor confirmed I should go to the ER immediately. I wasted 4 hours and $150 ER fee for them to tell me that if I was no longer sick to just keep an eye on it. Not only did CareNow's delinquence cause me potential harm when I was originally sick, but their severe delay in diagnosis caused me additional stress and money that I could have avoided. I will not be returning to this location."

"I went on a Saturday morning and checked in through the website. I received a courteous call when it was time to come in. The facility was clean, and the staff and Doctor were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend going here. The early check in is a time saver."

"Never will I come here again , I did an online registration at 10:00 am so I could wait at home , she called and said 3hrs and I said okay that’s fine , after three hours she said I had 30 minutes people came to check in and got before you , I said well maam what’s the purpose of checking in online when you’re just going to get skipped . At this time now it’s 2:40 and I have still yet to be pulled to go back . I will never come again , literally every time we come it’s a horrible wait time and service here . I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!"

"This location honestly received a 5 star review due to Mrs.Kendra. The wait time for a drug test is absurd, but she was very pleasant to talk to and her customer service is top tier! Go Kendraaa!!!"

"Did the online check-in, they called & told me when to head to the clinic. I waited approximately 5-7 minutes once I arrived. Great office waiting area, clean & well maintained. Actual visit was about a hour from start to finish."
