"Very well equipped, clean gym. Staff is friendly. As a user of the 30 minute circuit, my only complaint is that the staff does not monitor the area ever. It’s impossible to go through the circuit in order because of the people who wander in and use a machine and interrupt the flow of the circuit. I have never seen staff correct this situation. The same machines are available in the main area."

"Manager Courtney is very rude and disrespectful to your customers and I don’t feel comfortable when she treats others that way. It’s not only unprofessional but very embarrassing."

"My husband and I went to cancel our memberships on the same day. The associate we spoke to canceled my husband’s but did not cancel mine. Now two months later when I noticed the reoccurring charge still happening, I contacted the gym and spoke to Josh, one of the managers. He told me he’d never heard of anything like that happening and that I must have not really asked to canceled my membership. I assured him we both came in for the same reason and I did cancel mine too. At that point he inferred I was lying and there was no way to refund the charge on hearsay. When I asked for Planet Fitness’s corporate phone number he told me “no one at any of the franchises has that you have to look it up yourself”. I’ve been in public service for many years, this was one of the worst examples of customer interaction I’ve ever seen or experienced. I initially wanted to just take a break from my membership, but after this interaction, I’ve escalated to I’ll never go back! Update: I’m not sure why, but Josh called me back later the same day and told me that Planet Fitness would refund the two months of fees that shouldn’t have been charged. I don’t believe I’ll ever rejoining that gym, but I do appreciate the attempt of better customer service."

"The Planet fitness was extremely dirty. There were paper towels everywhere the trash cans were full and there were no cleaning supplies that three of the work stations. I asked the big guy Josh about getting a clean and he said that he would take care of it soon as he could. There's literally feces in the shower so you may wanna get on it immediately. But I returned later that night and the gym was worse than in the morning. I was there the next day and it was just as bad. They don't greet you when you come in and they always have an attitude. Not really sure what this guy's problem is but he's definitely a narcissist on a power trip. I would recommend going to one of the other two Planet fitness locations in the area. I have been to this location numerous times and always have the same experience there. The equipment is just like any other Planet fitness so if you just need to work out it's fine. But don't expect any customer service or friendliness. The super large and in charge attitude of the manager is horrible. He's the one that looks like Biggie Smalls and Mr"T" had a baby. I found if I just go in and just ignore him completely no matter what happens that I have a great time. But the fitness center is still a disaster and filthy. Maybe if he would focus more on doing things himself instead of bossing everybody else around then the place would be more presentable for customers. Also I know this is a non-judgment zone but Planet fitness please consider that you have a 450 lb Thug with 17 Gold chains on that tries to intimidate everybody that walks in the door working there? As a manager? Really? Not exactly what you want to portray your fitness club as if your trying to encourage health and life. Just saying."

"Really nice and welcoming customer service. You always feel welcomed here. Got a lot of machines and it’s 10 a month for the classic membership. Good place to go if you’re just starting out too. The environment there is nice no one there seems to have staring problems or attitudes."
