"After two poor experiences at the T-Mobile store on McKNIGHT Rd, I thought I'd give the Ohio River Blvd location a try. I did experience some issues with my initial visit here (improper information and chargers/cases added to my account), however, the manager made good on it. I had to edit this review one more time as I just had T-Mobile contact be about an issue that was due to ANOTHER inaccuracy with my account set up by this store. Honesly, not sure if it's a lack of staff education on plans/equipment or if it was intentional to just 'get a sale' - either way, I would go elsewhere at this point."

"I’m a business customer who was with Sprint for like four years and then just migrated over to T-Mobile and I’ve had trouble paying my bill through the app and I walked in and there was a girl named Kylie and she tried charging me five dollars to pay my bill in store even though I could not on the app which I wasn’t willing to pay and she did waive it for me which I was very appreciative of and then I told her I wanted to Take the phone that my son gave me since I upgraded his phone and then get rid of mine and she ended up doing all the password exchanges and changing everything and she took about half an hour and really did a lot of work and she was very helpful in this day and age when people seldom do their jobs. Well, I think she did a very good job , so if you’re going to this T-Mobile, I highly recommend dealing with Kylee S"

"We come in the store the so sales person Robert was never greed not ask what we need we come in and sit down about 20 min and very unprofessional and disrespectful sales person we waited and then left without get any help ..!! hope Robert will how to greet customers and be respectful and mindful that we didn’t come to his home but to purchase phone!!"

"Save yourself and go anywhere else. The three employees were less than thrilled to have a customer and insisted everything has to be done by me calling support. After calling T-Mobile and waiting to chat with my account person, my account person mentioned that the store should have called and helped. This store does not follow process and the current staff is openly joyful about how ineffective they are except if you want to know what color watch to get to match your shoes."
