"Extremely rude employees. Rented a 26 foot for the entire weekend. When we went in to pick up, we were asked "do you have this truck ALL weekend?" And we replied "yes". The woman then rolled her eyes, said "you're killing me" and walked away without helping. The other employee explained that it's they busy time and we're "taking away from their business". Confusing bc we are their business as we're paying for the service. When I explained their unprofessional behavior, the employee became argumentative and even ruder. I filed a complaint with corporate as well."
"The staff has gone out of their way to assist me with a storage need after a move from Florida and then assisting me with a subsequent move from storage to a rental apartment. Everyone at this facility has always been smiling and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone needing storage or trucks or moving assistance."
