"I'm an existing customer and just needed to add international service for an upcoming trip. The workers were not listening to me and were contradicting what another person there had told me a few weeks earlier. They asked for ID. I had my drivers license on the folio app on my phone, but that wasn't good enough. Then they wanted some pin number. I mean, I had one of the phones on the account in my hand. Got so frustrated that I walked out. Edited to add: They had already entered my account. It was right there on the screen."
"This location is so rude and unprofessional. They were to busy having a conversation with themself to help anyone . Once I got help it was “you need to call customer service “ what help is that . I’ll be moving back to Verizon . The “staff “ working July 1st and 10am need trained"
"This is not a review of tmobile as a whole but THIS store SPECIFICALLY. Let’s start with, I have always had an iPhone AppleCare but when I got my iPhone 13promax , the employee talked me into their $20 insurance a month that has AppleCare with it. Now to the good stuff, my iPhone had quit charging through the charging port so I went in for a warranty replacement. I got the replacement and that one, was not charging in the port neither so back to the store I go. Next warranty replacement was a liquid damage phone (per 611) that the camera would take pictures with spots in the photo and in the settings, stated it was not an Apple part. Back to the store I go and this time I complain because driving back and forth due to their insurance sending me phones that were refurbished (though if you ask the store, they don’t give you refurbished phones — which is a lie). Talked to the manager and he said he was going to escalate it up to see if we can get a resolution but in the mean time, let’s get another warranty phone. So I figured one more shot. I get the phone, have them check the charging port before I left and made sure there were no weird notifications saying there was something wrong with the phone. I get home and at night time, I can see it has screen burn. Tired of going to the store, I call 611 and they get me with an Apple technician and set me an appointment at the Apple Store. The Genius Bar rep was able to run an “mri” on my phone and see there was a screen issue and offered me $500 for my phone. So I go to tmobile because I feel it is the responsibility to take care of me and they didn’t offer me close to what Apple did. I get to the store and again, they tried to get me to get another warranty phone and I informed them I am not taking one because their insurance allows 5 phones in the calendar year and I’m almost to that. Remind you, this all started at the end of May and I told them I had a vacation I was leaving for on the 15th of April and I will need this resolved before then. Never heard one thing from the manager who was involved. The manager message me on the 19th of April saying he got in touch with someone higher up at the insurance and I should have an answer by the end of the week. Why did he wait until April 19th to try to get a resolution when this problem has been going on for a month!! Every time I went into the store, he hid in the back and didn’t want to come out to talk, I’m assuming because he knew he dropped the ball. I’m sure they don’t have that many customers with the issues like I was having and he even said this is a rare occurrence but has happened before… so if it happened before, why do they not have a standard operating procedure when this happens. None of the people at the store want to help, especially the manager. He puts all the dirty work on the employees out on the floor when in reality, with all the issues I had; he should’ve been in direct contact with me. He did not reach out until April 19th and did not send a message directly to the insurance company until that day as well. I had no success with the store or a million calls to 611. I was at my last straw when I sent a message to tmobile on Facebook and they were able to address all my concerns in less than an hour!!!!! I was dealing with all this for a month and the manager would say there is no one above him that he could reach out to, to figure this out. Poor customer service and they lie to you at the cranberry township store. In fact, I don’t even know the managers name- all this time and he never properly introduced himself. He always hid and put the work onto his employees. Tmobile on Facebook was beyond amazing and took care of my issues in less than an hour!. Ps* I went in to get my screen protector put on (it’s with my insurance that I pay $20 a month for) and the manager told me I had to pay for it. I walked right out of there because I can get one for $5 at 5 below. I don’t know how this guy is a manager. I hope the employees get the leader that they deserve and someone who doesn’t hide in the back."
