The drive through for pharmacy pickups, online scheduling for in-store vaccinations, and great selection of products are very convenient as well."

"I came to pick up my prescriptions knowing some needed refill approvals. Only one prescription was ready, so I asked only one? The pharmacy tech who waited on me insisted the rest needed approval. Which I knew wasn't the case but because of her rude attitude I didn't want to argue. Soon after I get text messages 3 prescriptions are ready 10 minutes before they're about to close. I'm now in New Jersey, and then Portugal tomorrow. I called and left a message to Cranberry to see if they could transfer it to New Jersey, but no call back received. Hopefully my first trip to Europe goes okay without my meds."

"Called today to see if they carried a product I was searching for. Lynn answered the phone. I asked about the item and she said I don’t know- hesitated- then said let me check. Came back in couple minutes later and said NO. Felt like I was bothering her. Customer service and friendliness was below par. Glad I don’t frequent this store. I will stick with the one in Seven Fields where customer service is over and beyond."

"My daughter needed a medication filled and could not get a hold of the pharmacy. I advised her to just go to the pharmacy and ask them to fill it in person as she was leaving for college the next day and need to have the medication. The pharmacist was extremely rude as asked my daughter “don’t you know the phones are down?!?!” and my daughter replied politely “yes, that is why I’m here can you please help me?” The pharmacist proceeded to give her an attitude for asking her to do her job. To fill a medication. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid unpleasant and rude interactions."
