Reviews of Staples
"Had some copies done same day but at another location and discovered later the color match was very off. Showed my receipt from earlier and asked if they could oblige fixing the poor copies. Thanks to Kevin at the copy center, I was able to get them correct and not spend another $0.79 a copy."
"Google reads it closes at 7 but the store has posted hours of 6. No wonder why these places are going out of business."
"I placed an online expedited order for printed wedding invitations at 11PM on 9/7/21. I called the store around 8AM the following morning, as I was concerned about the paper options listed online. I reached Becky in the printing department, and she couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. She printed several paper options for me to come look at before she printed my order, and she custom cut the invitations to fit my file size. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout our interactions, and I am so pleased with the final product."
"Yes....I was that guy...I showed up late in the day to purchase a new chair at the Cranberry Twp Pa location. I had bought some gift cards from the Shop and Save to get money off at the gas pump (yes I literally made the extra trip to get them), but got there at about 6:15. The store was closing at 7:00pm, so I had plenty of time to pick it out...pay for it and take it home. Unfortunately, there seemed to be an issue using more than 5 gift cards for one transaction in the system....so the employee had to get his manager, Chad to come over and help figure out and figure out what the issue was. They could not have been more pleasant and courteous, and customer service focused then they were. It clearly was not there fault, they worked thru it, and came up with a very good solution that demonstrated a high level of customer focus. Shout out to Chad the store manager and the young man who got some great experience on how to handle adversity and make it a WIN WIN situation. I will be back for all my Office supply needs."
"PRINT CENTER: What does this Staples store really sell? "Right now." That's it. Anything they sell here I can buy cheaper and/or better online if I am willing to wait a day or two. But if I need it right now, I come here. I get to the print center 45 minutes prior to close trying to get 24 photos scanned and printed on half as many 8.5x11 sheets. After discussing which paper is best for my project, the print center associate sends me into the store looking for compatible paper. When I finally select and buy the paper, I can tell she does not want to do the job. I need it done before close, so she tries to set me up on a self serve printer but it will not accept paper from an external tray. Eventually a manager confirms and we decide it must be done in the print center. I am then, only when the manager is there, shown samples of paper in the print center that is superior to the paper I was told to go buy in the store. Why didn't the associate just make the prints on the paper she had behind the counter in the first place? Store manager: Associate says I got there 15 mins prior to close. That is not the case. Show me proof on your security cams and I will update my review. You have my contact info. 2 stars because the scans + prints came out well. -3 stars because I NEEDED them done that evening and Staples did not come through, even though there was ample time."
