"Lots of items missing from shelves. No Fine Jewelry Dept. any more. Too much Polyurethane/Spandex used in clothing and bedding. Spandex can be too warm to sleep upon and too cold for colder weather wear. Some of the literature says gasses given off by Polyurethane may indeed cause health concerns."

"great customer service! I haven’t shopped at kohls in awhile and we decided to check out the comforters for our new bed. We found one we liked and headed to the checkout. Our location has self check outs so we decided to use that vs waiting for a cashier. The self check out wouldn’t scan our item due to the tag being slightly overlapped with a different sticker. The 2 ladies that helped us out were amazing and immediately came to help us out. I believe one may have been the manager. When she was ringing us out she was so personable and sweet and made our days so much better! She made sure we found what we came in for and also made sure we got the best deals possible. I appreciate the kindness & good customer service goes a long way with me so I will be back!"

"Went to use my $5 coupon and found a nice pair of cargo shorts. They were on sale and with my coupon ended up being only a little over $8 bucks! You can't beat that. Was a lot of nice stuff there but I was in a hurry. Checkout was quick for as busy as they were. Didn't stand in line too long. Good experience."
