"DO NOT GO HERE! They're not a corporate T-Mobile store so they have no problem lying to you to get any sale. They wouldn't let me in the store, they didn't help me when my service wouldn't work, and instead directed me to a "corporate" store for assistance after getting paid for doing nothing. Welll I did and that was when I was informed that they do this all the time to everyone. I REPEAT: DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE"

"We’ve been regular customers at the Peach St. Location for years and recently tried this branch because of its location. Service was friendly & excellent here as well. The one amusing glitch was that I was surprising my husband with a phone for his birthday. The salesman found me a Walmart bag to cover the T-Mobile hot pink one so that my husband wouldn’t notice it in the car on the way home. No one mentioned that my husband (who had had a basic Android) would start getting texts ABOUT HIS NEW iPHONE before it was given to him or officially activated! Oops."
