"The attendant is always rude no matter the day. What I can say is he opened promptly at 8 am but as I was unloading I said hi- absolutely no response from him. He is rude, has 0 customer facing friendliness. I have driven out of my way to avoid Wexford if I much prefer going to the Cranberry location."

"THE PLUSES They accept more than other Goodwills and have clearly labeled bins to drop your stuff in. They accept shoes and blankets. The hours are reasonable. The process is easy if you prepare your donations correctly. THE DOWNSIDE I have seen many negative reviews about the employee who works outside with red hair and a beard. Those reviews are accurate. If only one person complains, then maybe it's the complainer, but if many do, then it's the employee. He has no personality and is very abrupt with donors. I was putting the on the cart the morning of 8/9/23 (like he has instructed me to many other mornings), and he nastily told me to throw them in the bins. He treats others like that. Maybe some coaching can do the trick and make him a better employee."

"It was very easy to drop off at this location. However, the attendant, was very rude. The only thing he said the whole time was put your stuff on the cart. And then the stuff I put on the cart was good stuff! Then he proceeded to throw the stuff into the appropriate bins. This is stuff someone’s gonna eventually buy. I’ll continue to donate to Goodwill. But never at this location again. Didn’t catch his name, didn’t really care either. He was a large guy with red hair and beard."

"I've donated here at least a dozen times. Seems like the receiver each time is in a worse mood than the last time. During today's visit the receiver wouldn't let me move the cart next to my car to make unloading easier. When I asked why (twice) he just looked at me. I'll be going elsewhere from now on."
