"Best cat lounge with a cute boutique. I adopted my best friend (Vivian) here. I knew she was the one for me the second I met her! The staff are amazing and caring ladies that want the best for these kitties. It was great to adopt a kitty that has been socialized and well-loved. "When you're looking to book an appointment to pet the cats, make sure you are able to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. I booked the 6pm slot, and I knew we would be able to arrive right around 6pm (as long as traffic wasn't terrible). After booking, I received a confirmation email that asked us to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. We risked it. Traffic. Roadwork. We arrived at 6:03pm. The shop was dark. The people inside ignored us. I'm here for rigid boundaries. I recognize we arrived late. So for Cats N'At, I ask that you update your booking page with the 15-min requirement, and for those interested in spending time with the cats, make sure you're early."

"We had a wonderful first visit to Cats N'At! Their website is super easy to use, spells out all the visit and activity options, and scheduling/checkout is a breeze. We reserved a 30 minute cat visit appointment for 3 of us (capacity is 6 people) on a Sunday morning and really enjoyed seeing the cats and kittens! When you arrive, parking is located in the front but the entrance is around back. The main floor has shirts, stickers, cat toys, bumper stickers and more for purchase. After you sign in and sign your waiver, you'll be escorted upstairs, introduced to the current residents, and left to enjoy your visit! The cats have everything they could need: food, litter, toys, tunnels, beds, perches, wall climbs and a faucet for drinking too. There is a little hallway area and then two full rooms full of cats and things! We had plenty of things to play with and the cats loved to play. All the cats were so friendly and it was easy to tell who was available for adoption and their details and cost based on the wall board. Cats N'At does NOT do same day adoptions, and you must fill out an application through the rescue. They come fully vetted as well. We had a great time and hope to be back again soon!"
