The sign-in sheet felt a bit outdated, but the front desk staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the process. However, I had to wait for about 30 minutes before being seen. On the positive side, the Physician Assistant, Jessica, was amazing! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options in detail.
