"Countertop installed nicely. However, I was disappointed they scratched by dragging something across my brand new expensive floor! I allowed them to enter my home with confidence while I worked. A lady at the establishment told my fiancee that the workers were supposed to remove their shoes. She advised me to take a picture so she could show them the importance of removing shoes. Hey! What about my floor? I don't care about their learning experience to improve your business! Therefore, I decided to let her picture be my Google review. Lowes contracted them. Lowes, Warren Ohio is the WORSE experience in remodeling my kitchen! No respect or customer service for the money your spending! My fiancée and me will NEVER do business with them again nor Custom Kitchens! We're both glad to be done with them!"
