"I took my vehicle to W&W's Collison Repair Shop in Heidelberg to have the bumper replaced as the Shop was authorized by my insurance company as a Direct Repair Program (DRP) Shop. An advantage of the DRP is that an authorized Shop must repair the vehicle properly within the estimated cost to the Customer's satisfaction. If the repair is not done correctly, the Shop will bring the vehicle back in to make the corrections, with no additional cost to the Customer - of course, this wastes everyone's time & money and I presume all Shops , not to mention the Customers, would want to avoid this and get the repairs right the first time. Unfortunately for me, I had to take the vehicle back in for repair issues that I found afterwards including the incorrect installation of some bumper-related components, sheet metal screw driven into a machine screw hole as a substitute damaging the machine threads, etc.. Then, even with a similar vehicle on the W&W sales lot for the Technicians to use as a reference to properly correct the original installation issues, certain installation issues were reworked but still not correctly! Fortunately, I spotted these issues while inspecting the work before I left the lot this time and asked for a Technician to correct them on the spot so that I didn't have to bring the vehicle in again. I found another issue when i got home after a more detailed inspection, bit I will not be taking it back again. These types of repair issues are unacceptable. The only part of this experience that was good was working with Charles who is the W&W Estimator/Repair Coordinator. Charles has a positive attitude and is easy to work with and customer focused. He did his best to make things right for me and I really appreciated that. But, workmanship issues, which W&W Management needs to address, were out of his control. Charles is the reason I gave two stars instead of one. I would not recommend using this collision shop until the workmanship issues are corrected."
"What a disaster of an experience. Car was towed, after an accident, to this facility on Tuesday November 21st. I did not receive the vehicle back for over two months, January 26th to be exact. When I did receive the vehicle, the windshield had been cracked during the repair process. Their own pictures after the accident didn't show a crack and yet magically it appeared after two months at their facility. It was so obvious a plow had kicked up a rock or salt in their parking lot because the paint was also chipped all over the front of the vehicle. When confronted with the evidence, WWF refused to fix it and ghosted me after numerous attempts at contacting them and trying to have them do the right thing. Their so called "body work" was laughable. Panel gaps were uneven, there were chips everywhere they ignored, and they provided a list of work completed to insurance that was inaccurate and incomplete; borderline insurance fraud. They did a great job of detailing the hard surfaces inside the vehicle, but stained the upholstery with some sort of chemical I cannot get off, and they didn't bother to do any cleaning of the seats at all. I had a good experience with the body shop manager, but the rest of my experience was horrific. I needed to have the windshield replaced at my own expense and took the car into another shop to be inspected. Lo and behold the "repair" they said they did, and charged insurance $5k for, was incorrectly completed. More money out of pocket to fix a screeching noise while turning right at medium speed. It was obvious they never did a road test even with I79 two minutes from this facility. I have lodged a complaint with the state Bureau of Consumer Protection, and urge anyone considering entrusting their vehicle to this facility to reconsider."
