Why Choose Us?
- Expert Care for Women: Depression affects women about twice as often as men, with one in five women facing clinical depression in their lifetime. Unfortunately, more than half will never seek treatment. Our skilled professionals understand the profound impact of mental health conditions such as anxiety and bipolar disorders on women.
- Specialized Treatment: Genetics and hormonal changes can increase a woman's risk for certain behavioral health conditions. Pregnancy and the postpartum period can be particularly vulnerable times. Many women suffer from depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or OCD symptoms during these phases. We provide targeted care for these specific needs.
- Comprehensive Services: It can be challenging to recognize the need for help and find the right expertise. Our team is adept at defining problems and forming effective treatment plans. We offer mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of women throughout their lifespan, including during and after pregnancy.
- Family-Centered Approach: Our staff are experts in assessing and meeting the needs of women and their families. We understand the difficulties in seeking help for mental health problems and are dedicated to offering support for any behavioral health issues a woman may face, including those linked to conception, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
Reviews
"They’ve helped me a lot. Especially the people who work in the intensive out patient program."
"It's really sad when you're reaching out for help they don't even call you back. For some with mental health issues that's really hard to do. No one reaching out for help should be ignored. It's really quite disgusting."
"This facility was an absolute joke. The security guard was extremely rude, had an attitude when I went outside to make a phone call and came back in. I called this place in advance to make sure they could handle the situation my family member was experiencing and they told us absolutely and gave us the "ok" to come. This was after I was on the phone for 40 mins and transferred 7 times. Once we got into triage the nurse informed us there was nothing they could do and they couldn't tell us over the phone that they couldn't help because they could face a lawsuit. We drove from another state. Ridiculous. Oh and not to mention the poor woman that I'm assuming was having a miscarriage in the rest room (you've been in my thoughts every day) screaming for a nurse to help to which they seemed extremely bothered by and it took an eternity for anyone to actually go in and help her. My advice to the staff and management, when people are calling you with a very specific and delicate issue asking for help... Don't tell them to come anyway if you're just going to turn them away. Recommend somewhere else... that way you're not wasting anyones time or potentially their life."
