"Hello! I do not recommend Rick Britenbaugh services at all. My husband took our pick-up to Ricks shop 2 months ago. My husband called after a month and he said that he working on it in between insurance claims. Well after the second month my husband just decided to pop in and see how the truck was coming along. Well, it wasn't! Our truck was tucked away in the back of the yard as if it were a piece of junk and was never touched. We wanted some rust spots cleared up before the winter. Now we are set back two months and still don't have the work done. Unless you don't mind letting your vehicle sit for months, don't go to this guy. Prior to taking it we had to wait a month before he could fit us in, only to let it sit for two months. This guy is unprofessional by far. No communication and when you call he lies about it. Use at your own risk."
