"Constant billing mistakes, changing information, no progress and being lied to. Not worth the time at all and after months of continuous treatment this place feels like a money grab. They wanted more than $100 to review my test results, and not begin the shots, when I could already clearly see I was allergic to everything they tested for. My insurance was billed to a doctor I had never seen or heard of. These billing mistakes have resulted in numerous warnings from my insurance about false claims (wrong dates and totals provided) and has left me paying out of pocket what would be 10% of my yearly deductible each time I have to pay; which is always at a random time. This location is shutting down and I see why. Don't waste your time or money at the other location, seek out another allergist, PCP, or ENT. Today they had me wait 20 minutes (usually very little wait) only to be told they couldn't administer my shots. This office knows my non-changing work schedule and had assured me they can work within the time restrictions, yet frequently result in me being late or having to call off hours at a time. I have truly terrible allergies but will happily go back to suffering and OTC medicine until I can find an honest and reliable specialist."
