Northwest Bank 3407 Liberty Street, Erie, PA 16508

"I have been coming to this branch my whole life. Today, 6/3/2024 was my worst experience ever. Each drivethru had a car in it. Those cars were at a standstill for 15 minutes before I was able to pull up. When I was finally able to pull up, it took another 10 minutes before a teller was able to wait on me. If the lines are backed up that bad, and nobody's moving, why would a manager not step up? This was pathetic customer service and I'm very disappointed!!!"

"I needed customer service, my local branch did not answer the phone. So I called the Liberty St. Branch and Eva Marie took my call. She handled my call in a very professional & friendly manner.. She then followed up with me the next day, which was an unexpected surprise, but much appreciated. Eva Marie is an asset to this bank. Great job!!"

"I have no complaints about drive thru or the tellers here. My problem is the manager I went in to change a CD over. All I have to say is you should go to a different NW bank for this she is terribly rude! It was like I was bothering her! I won’t go back there for that business I will go to the one on the Westside they are super nice and friendly there. Get rid of her she does nothing for your business or give her some training on customer service and on how to treat people."

"Honestly never had an issue until I moved out of state and didn't have time to open an account closer to me with a more local bank. Reached out to support to ask about my new card. Guy commented that I was "out of their area" and closed the chat with out helping me..? After I verified my account too? I called, she said new card is on the way. This was December 2022. It's April and I still haven't received a new card. Branches might be nice and helpful but online support isn't."

"I needed a statement of balance on the mortgage for my second home held by this bank in order to refinance my first home. The agent I spoke to initially refused to send it to me and, after repeated phone calls someone finally did send it but they did not send the proper form electronically, instead I had to wait for snail mail. Except for the excellent work of an agent at.the bank I was refinancing my first home with the deal would have fell though and I would have ended up paying a higher rate. Absolutely do not deal with this bank! They will let you down when you need them the most."
