"The process for renting the car and picking up could not have been more smooth. When I walked out to pick up my car I was given my choice of vehicle as they had several options from my reservation. I asked a few questions all of which were answered promptly. Returning the car was even easier and I received my invoice shortly after. Everyone I worked with from the counter, the pick up, and the drop off was friendly and knowledgeable."

"I was in town for my grandmothers 80th. Rented a car @3pm and broke down not even a hour into having it. In the middle of the road, waited 3 hours for the tow company through them(didn’t even show) the police showed up and called a tow. waited until 11pm at enterprise bec they couldn’t give me a swap until they had confirmation where the other vehicle was. Missed valuable time with my family. Then to find out when the rental was returned Monday. I was gonna be charged for the (tow/swap/day) until I spoke up. Understand they were just doing their job but there should be more compensation than that."
