"Hired to do Earthwerks floor in my 2400 sq ft home. Repeatedly rescheduled days, repeatedly left rooms disheveled as though they left for lunch and never returned and then didn’t come back for days. It felt as though our $10K job was pieced in wherever they didn’t have more important clients. There are noticeable level differences between rooms because the subfloor wasn’t the correct thickness. I pointed this out and was told it would even out..... The last time I saw them was just before Thanksgiving.....2018! My master closet and bathroom wasn’t done and the trim work was never started. We finally finished the closet and trim ourselves and in doing so found 2 pieces of floor in a hall closet and a bathroom closet that were put in UPSIDE DOWN. Unprofessional, shoddy work. I should’ve gone with Flag Floors to begin with instead of trying to save a buck."
