Was working with them for getting my tv repaired and the manger said "he is not going to get in a pissing match about how he forgot to order my tv part" and hung up. Promise time was 5-7 days its been over 3 weeks. Unprofessional and would never recommend service!"
"I can't disagree with the service here. I know how it works and even though the pricing is a bit competitive, it's excellent service. This is the only location in quite a large area, 50 miles? That still services and fixes TVs. They offer service for many other types of electronics too but you can't find better pricing to fix your TV elsewhere. Also as a bonus, Central TV offers home theatre equipment which surprisingly is hard to find in stores now. You're almost forced to order online and you can't see what your getting til it's mailed. I hope Central TV sticks around for a long time."
