"I have used this store since I moved here, Vivian is so nice I just wish the delivery guys were better, they stripped the screws out on my table and now I can't get it apart to move it to the room I really want it in. First time I have been disappointed with them."
"Renting for several months, although I would like a lower price, it does have good quality furniture and Vivian knows her stuff. From my understanding she has been with Aaron's for quite some time and will go out of her way to make you happy, she deserves a pay raise! I thoroughly enjoy talking to her each month that I make my payment. You just do not find dedicated employees like her anymore."
"I've had nothing but problems with this place if I could put a zero star or a negative one star I would. On top of that I've had issues with everytime I do anything since the first day I go my rental from them. After my rental is paid off I will never use this location. My cousin and I have had rentals with the ashtabula store for years and the ashtabula store would get 10 out of 10 stars cuz they actually work with their customers."
"Bought a washer/ dryer paid probably triple msrp, 60 day warranty after payoff just make sure your aware of that....dont stand behind products, even though product says 10 year warranty...wont be back"
