"I will probably never shop there again. I went to buy a storm door, and had to hunt someone down to wait on me. First I was told someone was in that department. After telling them there wasn't and other people were waiting they called someone. I waited another 10 minutes, but when he came I had to wait another 30 minutes while he rang the other people sales. Then I had to call twice to get my door measured. I called in to pay for the door and was told I had to come in. I went in to find the computer was down. Someone said they would call me, and take my payment over the phone. No one called so I called. Again I got a hard time about this door. Now it has been 3 weeks later, and I still do not have a door. I was told they would be out, but then they couldn't because it was raining. I was told they would be out Friday , and no one showed up. My suggestion to anyone is if you shop here make sure you know what you want, and can carry it out."
"Worst customer service experience! They were rude, unaccomadating, and lacked good customer care support! My experience with them yesterday trying to do an even exchange on a weed Wacker, which was putchased less than a month ago, makes me want to never do business with them again. The sad part was i dealt with the same people less than 30 days ago and was treated even worse except for a gentlemen named Shiloh."
"Craft ice refrigerators and lovely utility sinks - find anything you need here for the home! If you have questions, ask an orange apron! We have a very help staffer who was an older gentleman that led us right to the access panels we were looking for!"
