Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

"DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. I live in the area and stopped by this location for an oil change. After time in the waiting area, I was told the oil change could not be done due to a screw on the pan and to go to a mechanic. Then no guidance, eye contact, further explanation to me, or paperwork even though there was paperwork in his hand. My car was pulled up and I wasn’t even told it was there, no further conversation. Another customer was trying to help me find resources while he just looked on and said nothing. Not long after I pulled off, I get a “low oil” alert on my dash that was not there before. I pulled over immediately and called a certified shop that was so kind and took me immediately even though it was close to closing time (within 1 hour). They evaluated and SHOWED me what the problem was. The screw on my oil pan had been stripped by someone entirely and tried to put it back like it never happened. There was oil literally pouring out, which is why I was getting a low oil notification not long after I pulled away from this station. I was told that I was lucky to have made it to their shop without severe damage to my vehicle and that this had to have just happened. I am very saddened and upset by the way I was treated at this shop. They pulled my car to the front quickly and just let me pull off with oil leaking. I could have been hurt or worse. It will take me hundreds to replace this oil pan in addition to the costs of the full synthetic oil change and getting Ubers to and from work while my car is in a shop. I would kindly expect a response. Thank you."

"Quick service, was in and out in no time. The guys are all nice and respectful; they made sure to ask my permission before replacing an air filter and checked on the oil type. Yes the prices are a little high, but to have someone do all of the work for you and get you out in 10 minutes, worth it to me!"
