"I would leave zero stars if I could. I called this morning about getting our refrigerator repaired and was told by the owner that they no longer service GE appliances. When I asked who they recommend, he laughed and said, "look in the phonebook." Very unprofessional way of doing business."

"I've bought washer and dryers from them in the past with no issue. The appliances usually last for years, but not anymore. My husband and I bought a washer and dryer set that lasted about 4 months. We had to pay $80 for them to come out and tell us that their are major issues with them and it would be cheaper to buy a new set! This happened the last 2 times that we've bought from them. I've been a faithful customer of theirs for over 10 yrs! I'm done, not anymore!"

"3 weeks ago a repairman came and said the agitator needed replaced. He had ordered the part and said it would be a couple days. After a week I called and they said oh yes it’s in let’s schedule for next week between 4-6pm. No one ever showed or called. I called the next day and got no answer. Left a message. No one ever called me back. Called again and scheduled for this past Saturday. Friday I called and said something unexpected came up and needed to cancel. I said please call me back to reschedule. No call back. I called back this morning. She said oh the part isn’t in! I said you called me 2 weeks ago to tell me the part was in. She said ok let’s get you on the calendar next week. I said no thanks I’ve waited 3 weeks already and am still without a washer!!!! You may be good at repairing….IF YOU CAN EVER GET HIM TO YOUR HOUSE!!!!! Bad customer service"

"My appliance was left sitting for an entire week. I was told that there was nothing wrong with it when it clearly wasn't functioning properly. George didn't take the time to fully operate machine to diagnose the problem and didn't communicate properly. I had to call them about 6 or 7 times before I even got in touch with him. He said he would run the appliance through and get back to me and never did even after 2 whole days extra. The whole interaction was shotty and unprofessional. Lacked any real type of effort or concern for my product and gave no time frame for diagnostics or repairs. My appliance was returned to me in the same dysfunctional condition I dropped it off in. Will never do business here again."

"Freezer stopped working, so I called. Front office was great about getting scheduling. George came out, identified the problem spot on and had it back up and running. Absolutely recommend them and would definitely use again if needed!"
