"Called Mike Evanovich and Rossetti Concrete Construction for estimate. Agreed to get work done and he wrote up contract under Rossetti one of his other companies. He did concrete work late in season and was to come back in spring to finish and fix stuff not done properly. Well this professional missed meeting me twice with no response and refuses to answer my texts, calls, and certified letters. I am tired of tryin to chase after him to properly finish and fix the work that he was paid in full over 16 thousand dollars to do so I have decided to go after him legally to fix cracked sidewalk and garage floor, leaking waterproofing and drain pipe duct taped together, not waterproofing the new block work as he stated he completed, tore up yard and drive, ect,ect,ect. The sidewalk was not done per contract and slab and walk tilt so much its terrible. Guess he forgot level and tape measure for that and blockwork which is off several inches. I wont recommend him for anything due to my experience-Proffessioal-no,Quality-no,Guarantee-no,Took advantage of my deceased mothers estate-YES!!! I will update later after legal proceedings"
