"I went to their location and provided all my contact information and information about the remodel project. They never contacted me. I ultimately went with a company that did call back. Update to owner response: Thank you for responding. I visited in March of 2022. I took the time to complete a long form with my information while in the showroom. The minimum professional courtesy would have been a call or email to say you're booked and cannot take a new client based on the specifications on my form. Congratulations on your growing business - I hope you can adjust to meet your clients' needs. Update: Owner deleted their response"

"First of all, please do not assume we are related - we are not-even though my husband name is Robert (Behind Smith and Johnson, Johnston is the third most popular name- everyone should know that!) The reason I am writing this review is because I have read the review from "Slim Jones" (name-really!!) and I can attest to the fact that from the moment my husband and I walked in to the showroom we were treated with the very best in customer service - our name was even on the "Welcome Board" as we walked in. I thought then we found our contractor - one that even takes the time with the smallest of details. We found Tracy to be very competent and explained every little detail to us. We trusted her team of workers with not one or two - but three bathrooms! One bathroom was completed the week before Christmas so that it would be usable (which it hadn't been for many years) for the holidays! Talk about transparency - Tracy provided us with a binder, complete with photos of our bathroom (before) and the contract and the many details of what each bathroom would cost. No doubt - the best decision we made---and we had 3 other estimates! You will not be disappointed! Definitely 5 plus stars!"
