"Brought two pool cues in for new tips to be put on. Got both cues back just to see that the ferrule was shaved down along with the tip on both of them. I had no words for how bad it looked. I complained on the spot and the worker tried brushing it off. If you have any cue that you care about, don't get it re-tipped here."

"If you're in the market for a "quality" billiard table, this is the ONLY place you should buy from. Last year I decided to finally fulfill my life long dream of buying my own billiard table and it's safe to say, for as long as I waited and how pricey they can get, I took it very serious. After reading the reviews about how amazing the owners were, I thought I would take an hour long ride out to see for myself. Before I made the trip, I emailed to ask a few basic questions and each time I got a quick and friendly response. When I finally made the trip I was greeted with the same courtesy. I walked around and took a look at each table they had, but after I laid eyes on the Olhausen Laguna, I fell in love. I had a ton of questions about 7 vs 8 vs 9 size, felt types, colors, etc, etc and never once did I ever feel rushed. It honestly felt like buying a car and I wish all car salesman would be as educated and polite as these owners are. After a few weeks of driving back and fourth to the show room, I finally made a decision and placed my order. Since COVID decided to shut down the world and turn every last human being into pool sharks, it was going to be a few months before I received it. Wasn't a shocker since I was getting the same answer from other dealers for other big home purchases I was making. The kicker was it was only supposed to take a few months, but the company who was installing the floors in my billiard room delayed me 4 months and I needed to get my floors done before I could have the table delivered and installed. When I called the owners and told them my situation, they simply said, "No problem. Just give us a call when the floors are done." Once the floors were done, I was finally able to drive up and schedule an install date. Same day we set up the 12 month 0% financing and it was a breeze. I also ordered a new set of Aramith Tournament Balls and some other accessories months prior and they were waiting for me at the front desk. Dave was so kind, that he actually gave me a set of wood racks for free and it meant so much to me. It's nice to see business owners appreciate their customers and it's little things like that, that will make your customers come back and talk about you in the manner I am now. Installation Process: As far as installation, there's not much to say except they were on time, they were clean, they were fast and they were knowledgeable. Since the table can't be moved after it's installed, I had mock lines drawn out on the floor before they came, so I knew exactly where I wanted it. One of the installers actually saved me a lot of aggravation by convincing me to move it a few inches in certain direction. Because of the table I ordered, the rails were extra wide and I had no idea when I was drawing the mock up. He did and he made sure to let me know before they went ahead and dropped it on my lines. Once they were done, they asked me if I had any more questions. I said, no and they said, enjoy. And that my friends is the tale of how sometimes big purchases go your way. Can't count how many times Ive had things done to my home or made expensive home purchases and it became a complete nightmare. This was the total opposite experience. My table is a show stopper and it's more of conversation piece than a billiard table. So, thank you again to the owners Dave & Jennie and I just want to let you know you made a customer for life."
