"Called to get info/pricing for a small concrete project and talked to the rudest person in any business I ever experienced. He asked if I had an order for today, I said no I am calling to get information and he said this is dispatch and just hung up on me. I figured maybe there is a different number so I looked it up but the business only had one phone number. I called back to give it another try but this time he yells "we are not interested, don't call here" and hangs up. Maybe they serve businesses only and not individuals but either way at least have the decency to properly address a customer calling to get an estimate."
