We were having trouble getting our hot tub unwired and moved. John went off on a tirade using several f-bombs on my husband who btw is recovering from a stroke and has aphasia. My husband even told him we would give him the cash up front. He said I don’t want your f-in job. Who talks to their customers this way? Very unprofessional."

"Outstanding in all aspects. Showed up for estimate when he said he would (a lot of people don't these days), gave estimate promptly, and did a top quality job on our driveway and patio. Conscientious guy who knows what he's doing and works hard to do it right."

"Apparently showed up for the estimate appointment. Said he knocked on the door. We were 15ft from the door and the dogs didn’t even hear him. Then told my wife on the phone he wasn’t interested because she was trying to figure out where he knocked and how we missed him. My opinion is that he made very little effort and wasn’t very interested in the work. If he is not competent enough to come to the front door versus the door from the outside into the garage, I’m not sure I would want him attempting our driveway anyway. I know little about his concrete work, but his customer service was not very good (and I don’t need it to be great)."

"Just finished driveway, steps, sidewalk, and garage floor. Am very pleased with the work and appearance. The team works like a well oiled machine; each doing his job with no stopping. Owner always on time or calling if there is a delay. Highly recommend."
