"Well, Harbor is not known for its legacy tools, but if you need decent tools at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. Everyone there was very helpful and have nothing negative to say. The 25 percent coupon that they send you through email doesn't hurt either."

"I bought a wire stripper here because a friend had a lot of wires that needed to be stripped for copper. The employees weren't able to answer any of my questions about which one was the best to purchase. I finally decided on getting the "Pittsburgh" brand hand tool (as opposed to the stationary table top stripping tool). It didn't work well so we used sharp knives and razors to separate the plastic covering from the copper."

"Needed a 4 inch drop hitch for a truck, and was able to find it here. I'd initially gone to this store because I heard they had a variable-height hitch and I wasn't sure 4 inches was going to be sufficient. However, there was only the display model of the variable hitch - and also no price for it. So I settled for the 4 inch drop, and now that it's hooked up, what I really need is 5 or six. But it will do, I suppose. Checkout lines were long, and as I waited in line, watched one gal go on break which was surprising. NO ONE should be headed out on a break with people waiting in line, imo."
