"Tried renting a skid loader, bucket and rock hound for the upcoming weekend. I initially called at 9 a.m. and I was told that the gentleman who scheduled deliveries was out of the office, would be back in an hour or so but to leave my name and number and he'd call me back as soon as he got in. They couldnt even give me pricing. Placed a second call around 2 p.m. Tha same day and was finally given pricing but was told to leave my name and number and he'd call back shortly. It's now 4 p.m., they close in an hour and no phone call. The equipment is available but after a full day of waiting for a phone call, I still don't know anything about delivery. Go somewhere else unless you can wait for 2 weeks for a phone call back."

"My dad rented from this place and the Machine that we got had no traction on the tires and we got another machine and they left the machine on when they put it on the trailer so the battery is dead and both of the machine were Bobcats"

"I asked for two items and they gave me only one. And this item was busted, leaked all over my floor. I have yet to tell them but will in person when I return "carpet steamer" rental which appears to not even be a steamer. Simply sprays liquid and sucks it up, no brush either."
