"Right from the start this guy was rude and unprofessional. He said that the gravel would be included, then when he was part way through the project he told us to look at the contract and that gravel was not included. He did not call PA one call before digging and broke the Internet line and asked the homeowner to claim fault to avoid a fine. he broke our sprinkler system and again waved his responsibility onto the homeowner. There are two very large, dark patches in the driveway that looks completely ridiculous, and a spot where the trowel must have been dropped on the cement. He will not speak to a woman or answer questions from a woman, and made condescending remarks about how a woman couldn’t possibly understand his level of superior concrete knowledge. Absolutely will never use this contractor again. Don’t be fooled by the lesser price, you absolutely get what you pay for!!"

"Had an addition put onto existing patio...the pouring and finish was not to problem. The problem was the cutting of the concrete. After inspecting the cuts I noticed that the middle cut was overshot and my existing patio was cut into...the cut under my kitchen overhang is not straight, it curves to the left...2 of the 3 cuts into the curb are not straight and look bad. Like with any project the finer details are what makes or breaks the project. Now I'll have to figure out a way to "touch up" these imperfections. I would not use them again. If only they paid more attention to detail it would've been a very nice addition. I have also noticed that the main cut lines have tiny little imperfections. The cross intersection of the lines one point is broke off....Maybe it's because they cut the pad 6hrs after pouring it!! Who does that?!? While cutting I could see it wasn't fully dry the dust looked dark or "wet". It's pretty bad when you have people over and they point out all the imperfections! Never again!"
