"The worst experience ever!!!! I called literally six weeks ahead of time, got a reassurance from Rafael the sales rep. That they would have a piece of equipment ready for the September 22nd, well good thing I called a few days prior to tell me they can't get the machine and don't have anything else even close to that size. Rafael is very terrible with customer service doesn't call back half the time, and doesn't respond via email or texts! Very disappointed that my company now has to cancel the pond project due to the fact that ADMAR can't have the equipment ready for me! Unreal! Piss poor management at its finest, I have emails and text messages of everything proving that he assured me it would be available. Go rent somewhere else, this company costs me thousands of dollars! Their word means nothing!"
