"Dr.Huang and her staff are all very friendly, however, they are not taking advantage of the benefits that come from using technology. Behind the reception desk is a wall full of paper files which I haven’t seen since I was a child. After my appointment, I had to hand deliver my prescription to my pharmacy because they don’t call prescriptions in for you. One of the medications Dr.Haung prescribed to me needs a prior authorization, but Dr.Haung doesn’t use any of the online portals that the authorization was sent to even though this is standard practice. I had to jump through hoops to get the form faxed to her. I still don’t have the medication and my appointment was in November. Like I said, everyone was friendly but it was all way more trouble than it was worth. They are not operating like it’s 2024."

"Dr. Huang was nice, but that is not the quality I’m looking for, I’d prefer quality treatment over bedside manner. One instance I had an appointment and had to wait for almost an hour because the office decided to leave at the time of my appointment and posted a gas station-esque “be back in a 15” on their door. My first appointment I was prescribed an antibiotic and oral meds and had an allergic reaction, so my second appointment (the one I waited an hour for) I was told to stop taking the meds and apply vasoline and wet paper towels. Essentially I could’ve avoided two office visits, saved 4 hours of my life, and replaced the medical expertise with a $6 jar of Vaseline. I suggest you wait the couple months to get to a doctor in high demand because there is a reason she has open appointments."

"Dr. Huang is a sweetheart but her assistant is beyond mean and seems very frustrated. I sat in the waiting room and watched as she gestured an older gentleman to hurry up and get out of the chair to bring him back. When I went into the room, I asked her if it would be okay if I could ask further questions to the doctor. She said no. She said this isn't okay because the doctor "squeezed me in." I was called the morning of my appointment and the office asked me to switch my appointment time to a half hour early. I showed up a half hour earlier and sat in the waiting room for over a half hour! I paid my $50 co-pay and was told I would have to book another appointment because the doctor "squeezed me in?" I changed my schedule to the time they asked me to come in? Not sure what she even meant by this. She seemed very rude and pushy and like she didn't have the time for any of Dr. Huang's patients."
