"I am worried the staff don’t always change their gloves frequently enough. That is a strong health and safety concern. They have some staff that are not well trained. One of them didn’t bandage my arm properly and I bled all over my clothes and had to rush back to get it re-bandaged. Horrible experience. Also, unless you arrive first thing in the morning, plan on being there for at least four hours. They also keep lowering the pay. It used to be $50 your first time and $75 the second per week. Now they lowered both for both for extra profit."
"I donate regularly at the ADMA plasma center and wanted to share my ongoing experiences. Generally, the staff processes donors efficiently, and a 2½ hour wait time is quite reasonable, especially considering the compensation per hour, which is often higher than what many donors earn at their jobs. However, there are areas that could use improvement. Some staff members display unprofessional behavior, often talking loudly throughout the facility. Additionally, getting information over the phone has been challenging. It appears that the center is not adequately staffed to handle phone inquiries alongside their other duties. I have experienced being turned away well before closing time on multiple occasions. Although the center advises calling ahead to confirm they are still accepting donors, I have never successfully reached them by phone. This can be particularly frustrating for those relying on public transportation, especially in the summer heat. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Improving phone availability and professional conduct among staff would greatly enhance the donor experience. Minus 1 star for advising donors to call ahead but not being able to get through personally. Minus 1 star for staff frequently having conflicts with each other. Minus 2 more for being penalized because of being turned away during regular donor hours. If I come in after traveling in the heat, after trying to contact the facility on the phone and getting no answers again and it knocks me out of being able to make my second donation of the week losing my chances at bonuses and the second donation rate, that's a serious conflict of interest. Are the employees instructed to do this so the company doesn't have to honor the pay schedule, I don't know? I can't call in and ask. I would love some feedback, the place hasn't fallen apart, it just has some short coming and I think it's mostly due to being understaffed. In this modern setting, that's hard to manage, I'm sure but when it affects my time and money to this degree, I'm obligated to reach out however possible, following the modern protocol of the situation, blabbing on line."
"The staff is awesome. They do what they can. The wait times are atrocious. I came last Sunday was here almost 4 hours. Today I've been here hour and half already. Decided to leave. It's not worth it. I hope they can hire some. I've read the companies replies that they are but nit seeing any new faces. Sad."
"Staff are great and excellent people and they do what their supposed to I'm only giving a one star due to head quarters hr not hiring people. They got several applicants willing to work and help and hr doesn't want to do their jobs. Headquarters needs to come in and see that they are struggling because they don't want to hire people. This isn't right how HQ is treating their employees."
"Friendly professional and clean. The first time it will take 2 to 3 hours to complete all the steps. Once in the system it's about an hour to complete. Yes they do pay you for donating plasma. You must pass a physical and blood test. Save a life today and donate plasma. ❤️"
