"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE 6750 dollars down the damn drain I came here to get a liposuction 360 still have a stomach… His assistant said they remove 5 liters of fat but when you go get the Procedure done its 4 Liters of fat They lie and tell you things… I’m definitely getting a lawyer involved. I want all my money back. I’m very highly upset. No results at all I still look the same but bigger on a diet and everything please people save your money go to Florida. It’s not worth to come here … And my left side is bigger than the right is very uneven and after you get your procedure, the staff can be very disrespectful… I rate zero stars and yes I was a patient here don’t believe the lies"

"If you want actual results and want to feel good about yourself afterwards, do not go to this place. They come off as very friendly and very knowledgeable, but they are very conniving. I went in for Lipo. I met with the nurse who is very friendly. I signed my paperwork. I signed paperwork, saying that there is no refunds given, and then I met the doctor. So what I don’t like is that you do not meet the doctor until the day of your appointment after you sign paperwork saying that you cannot get your money back when meeting him he told me That he could not do exactly what I wanted Because I had too much fat and that I will have to come back in six months and do it again for shaping right now he was just going to take out some of the fat out it was turning back because I could not even get my money back $7500 wasted They do not give you proper information about wearing your garments afterwards. They never followed up with me. I had to call them. Did have my check up with them they did not even take me into a room. They took me into a broom closet told me to pull up my shirt and told me that everything looked good. and that was it. Worst place save your money and go anywhere but here. And I never received my before and after pictures it been a year now and I look the same now , I just have a few scars on my belly"

"Yesterday I had Tickle liposuction of the upper and lower abdomen, flanks, and back with Dr. Siebenaler at Cleveland Med Spa. While, of course, I cannot speak to my results yet I can definitely speak to the staff and procedure. From the start Tiffany was amazing- a REAL person just giving you the facts. I was able to see her own results and pictures from other patients. She was very friendly and made my consultation smooth and comfortable. Then Rachel, RN came into play at my pre-op appointment. She is the perfect mix of professional and comforting. She made sure I understood everything about my upcoming appointment and answered all of my questions. The day of my procedure Rachel met with me first, taking weight, measurements and answering any last minute questions. Then Dr. Siebenaler came in and introduced himself. Began marking all the areas to be treated. I was already very impressed with his thoroughness. He was making sure to mark to allow for that womanly curve to really show post procedure. We spoke for a moment then he stepped out and Rachel took my before pics. I made a quick trip to the restroom and it was go time! Dr. Siebenaler, Rachel, and I went through a quick ‘time out’ to double check everything one last time. Then, the procedure began. I am not going to lie or sugarcoat it- the procedure is definitely not fun! It is doable, but you’re gonna feel it. Both Rachel and Dr. Siebenaler spoke to me throughout the entire procedure. They were comforting and completely understanding when sounds escaped my mouth without my control (just little ‘oohs’ or ‘ahs’ or a grunt here or there). Certain areas are definitely tougher than others. The doctor was very professional and always attempted to keep areas he wasn’t working on covered for my privacy (I am a nurse myself, so honestly it wasn’t a big deal for me, but it was definitely noticed and appreciated). His thoroughness continued during the entire procedure- when I switched sides he notice an area on my abdomen laid different and went back in from another direction to ensure covering everything. Throughout the entire procedure Rachel was assisting the doctor, but also making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. She could read when areas were really bothering me and made sure to try to distract me. Once all was completed they ended up getting about 4L of fat out of me! 4 liters!!!! Rachel wrapped me up and I was on my way. Feeling sore now and about to take my first shower. We will see how that goes. I know this review doesn’t give you the info about results you are probably looking for, but just know you will be in good and professional hands at Cleveland Med Spa. I will update with my results in a few months."
