"I love everything about the Clinic. it provides what I expect and has a good fung shui, which other options in Cleveland don't seem to have. It's clean, professional, friendly, and I get the care I want when needed. The weakest areas are the "Express Care," of which it seems neither. My partner and I surmised they put the people to work here that they can't fire. Many have an "attitude", and some are incompetent. Also, even if you are there early, expect to wait. And wait."
