"To my nurse and adviser, I thank you so much for all that you did. You made me feel very comfortable and were real informative and knowledgeable about me and my vacation plans and destination. Thanks you so much.. Bobby Iseman"
"Such a waste of time. Last visit to a Passport Health, my wife and I had a great discussion with the NP about risks and vaccines and we were prescribed appropriate antibiotics for our trip. This Passport Health, however, there is no NP. Nobody to prescribe. A completely useless visit that wastes money and given information read from a screen that is copy pasted from the CDC that we already had known. We were pushed to purchase over the counter items from them, and told that the prescriptions we needed would have to be given from our PCP or a minute clinic. So frustrated by this experience and astonished how this place has a good rating on Google."
"I worked with Goddess and she was amazing! Now I will add I wasn’t expecting the price to be as much. Luckily Goddess kept me laughing through my pain as I moved money."
"Claire was our passport health representative. She was informative, professional, and provided an enjoyable yet personal experience. Passport health does not accept insurance so the vaccinations were expensive, it would certainly cost more to get sick in another country. So you have to weigh your options."
"We were scheduled for our vaccinations last week, but upon arrival we were advised to reschedule as my son was getting over a cold. Goddess Mingo*, personally, rescheduled us for today. When we arrived this morning Goddess told us that we were not on her schedule and someone else had our 7:15 slot. She admitted that she had scheduled us herself and that she was unsure why we were not in the system. She left us without offering anymore information as to further proceedings and at around 7:20, the other 7:15 appointment arrived. She was greeted and called back to Goddess’ office but left within three minutes of her arrival. Eventually Goddess returned with an update which involved handing my mother a Passport Health Business Card and telling her to “try calling them to see what I should do since you aren’t on my schedule and I have another appointment at 7:45.” To this, I asked why we should be calling and asking for instructions for their employee to follow (that seems strange in itself), but especially when it was the employee that was responsible for scheduling the appointment. We could overhear her get back on a call and state that “I have some people here, but they do not have an appointment” all without mentioning that she’d actually been the one to schedule us for the appointment that we drove 40 minutes at 6 in the morning to attend. Not acknowledging that the onus was on her and asking us to call to get instructions for her was extremely unprofessional, but she made a point to get up and LOUDLY slam a door in our faces when I asked that she mention to her employers that we did in fact have an appointment that she herself scheduled for us. As time is of the essence in preparation for international travel, it is very disappointing to have had our time wasted, but also be treated so unprofessional by a company recommended via the CDC. As we left the office, we stood outside trying to schedule a different appointment for our vaccines elsewhere. Around the time for her next appointment, Goddess stepped outside and noticed us. She asked if we would like to try and schedule again for tomorrow. Unfortunately, her lack of professionalism would not permit us to allow her to administer any vaccines let alone mess up scheduling again, and we have scheduled elsewhere."
