"I recently had to switch primary doctors. Based on reviews, I selected Dr. Bhanu Swamy, MD. She is in the Department of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. First, she's very warm and inviting. She allowed me to discuss my health concerns and she listened attentively. I appreciated that she looked at me when she was speaking as well as when I was speaking to her. I also liked the fact that she didn't cut me off when going over my symptoms/ medical concerns. Based on my situation, she made some recommendations that I highly agreed with. Basically, she's a great listener, very helpful, genuine, and kind. I never once felt dismissed. Based on this appointment, my husband will also switch to her. In fact, the entire office team to be extremely professional, courteous and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Swamy."
"The lady at the lab desk inside the waiting room is very rude and they don't know how to coordinate their processes. They have a stand BEHIND the lab line where you are told to wait to check people in but don't bother to tell you that that's where you go instead of to the lab desk so when called you get snapped at for going to the desk. If the lady at the desk had a name tag I'd mention her by name but I guess there's a reason she doesn't display one. If it wasn't for the lab techs I'd never come back to this lab."
