"I'm leaving a one star reveiw in hopes it gets the attention of the higher ups of Davita who make decisions. My nurse is 5/5. My facility is 5/5. Every other human being I interact with at this center is a 5/5. But this new phone system is absolutely ridiculous. Can no longer call our nurses or call to schedule an appointment. The call gets sent to an outside facility that handles calls that has nothing to do with davita except they charged the least amount to answer phone calls. You then have to explain to someone who has no idea what peritoneal dialysis even is, what your issue is. Then they put you on hold while they find your facility's number, and call. And then they ask your nurse for you. And then they call you back and tell you what your nurse says. Apparently this is to cut down on phone time with patients. It is asinine. Dialysis patients need to be able to reach their team. I will GLADLY change my reveiw to 5 stars once this is fixed. Until then, if I could give zero stars, I would. I sincerely cannot describe how ignorant and dumb this process is. Just want to make it crystal clear the staff is a perfect 10/10 from the nurses, to the front desk, to the social workers, doctors, dietitian, all fabulous. Phone system, trash."
"The knowledgeable staff are kind and helpful."
