This facility was sent to me through QTC which sets appoints for VA Benefit purposes. My appointment was in Nov 2021 and my results have yet to be sent to the VA, reflecting as if I missed the appointment which was actually done in the facility in Landover MD. I will be letting QTC and the VA know that Rest Assured Sleep Disorder is definitely not worthy of providing any service to the Military on Activity duty or Retired/Retiring. Non Military affiliated persons need be extra cautious."

"Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant.. I arrived at my scheduled time and called per the instructions. There was no answer. Of course, I called again and still no answer. Long story short, the tech had an emergency and the manager was unable to come to perform the study. However, She promised me a $40 gift card for my inconvenience and a return call the following day to reschedule No one called to reschedule. After numerous attempts, two weeks later, I arrived to collect the gift card and it was only $25 presented by the receptionist in a bonnet and sportswear. Very unprofessional and unreliable service by this institution!"

"Showed up after driving from Columbia Maryland at 11pm. No one was there threw rocks at the window and still no answer. Called on office and cell phone still no answer waiting 2hrs freezing in the November cold. And still no answer 11-2am freezing. Next day they called saying stuck with children, come back again then I wait and got a call saying come to the other location so I did and waited again. She arrived with a child so I contained my language. After getting probes and to sleep the machine caused me nosebleeds both nostrils. Finally sleep again after clean up and told at 4am study is completed and I have many apneas. I never stopped breathing and never choked and was told 4hrs of testing was required. We didn't do 4hrs of sleep study. But since it was a compliance issue she won. I asked another opinion at a hospital when they reopen from covid 19. But I digress being told her finding had merit. They're just pushing machines."

"A lot has changed apparently from all these 5 stars I'm seeing regarding this facility. The place is old and rundown. The lady (who was nice) was late. There was always some excuse as to why the machines don't work, or no tv in the room,, or no tissue paper in the bathroom. NOTHING, (including the sleep study machine) works! The building doors are left open, and there is no security. I honestly had a really hard time sleeping under these conditions. ---- Two weeks after my sleep study, I HAD TO CALL them to check on the status of my sleep study, considering my doctor's office hadn't gotten any results. Only to find out that my results came back inconclusive, because them old borrowed machines don't work!!!!!!!!!"

"This was absolutely a joke. I had a sleep study here about 3 months ago. I was shocked to see the facility. Located in a office building was bad enough. I have always gone to a sleep center that was comfortable, clean, safe and inviting. This was an doctors office, but the shocker was being led into a office room with a make shift bed, a fan mounted on the wall, a cold room with a small space heater on the floor. The leads were placed on me with glue and reinforced with tape.... uncomfortable. I was told that I must sleep on my back, which I don’t do normally. Every time I moved, the leads came off. When I had to go to the bathroom, I was given a key to leave the office, walk down the hall and use the public bathroom. To make matters worse, when I made the appointment to go over the results, the office didn’t even know if I had been there before. And told by the doctor that I wasted their time because I didn’t have enough sleep time and my insomnia is all in my head. The worse experience that I have ever had. Now my insurance will not allow another REAL sleep study to see why I can’t sleep. Stay away!"
