"Very courteous and professional.. So friendly and down to earth. I switched treatment facilities from Cleanslate to Master center, comparing the two its hands down Master center is hands down the best choice - for me. I can relate much better with staff, friendlier, are more sincere in helping you to get and keep your sobriety. They are very nice people but when it comes to your/my visions good or bad going into the future with being clean and sober, they will tell you straight up, nope to this and hell no to that, well not like that but just erase my word hell and make your own because that's how they will say it. Lol. To top it off, most of the meetings are virtual, (I work long hours) so it's convenient there and the facility is not but a few miles from my house in which it also is not located in one of the most highest drug and crime areas in the city. Please do not take my words as Clean Slate not being a legit, treatment center. I know and I have personally witnessed many folks get help and the treatment they needed. So take nothing away from there program, just my comparison nothing more , nothing less. Thanks for letting me give some feed back. And I thank all the staff at Clean Slate and Master center for my journey in becoming the best man I can be."
"Been going here for 3 years with no problem. My doctor Donna Brown that I’ve had the whole time was a blessing compared to the last 2 months. Being bounce from doc to doc. Changing my meds on their demand after 3 years and canceling 1 weekly meeting after another. I’m sorry to make this review after 3 years but I’m completely disappointed and ready to go back to the VA hospital."
