Although Desserts by Claudia has now closed its doors, we are excited to share that Claudia is preparing for her next big adventure: high school graduation and her transition to Duke University in August, where she will study public policy.

While Claudia embarks on this new journey in Durham, NC, the spirit of community and giving back continues. Her brother, Hunter, will carry the torch, focusing on combating food insecurity through various community efforts. Hunter will be working with the Sewickley YMCA as a community outreach intern. A Legacy of Love and Baking

Claudia's love for baking started at the tender age of 3, baking alongside her mom and Nana. This passion led her to start her own business at the age of 13. For years, she has delighted family, friends, and the community with her delectable baked goods at family gatherings and school fundraiser bake sales.

Handcrafted with Love and Fresh Ingredients

As a home-based bakery, Desserts by Claudia took pride in creating made-to-order delights that required a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. Our family garden added a special touch to our baked goods, providing fresh, home-grown produce such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, and zucchini when in season. We always used high-quality, simple ingredients to ensure the best flavors.
