"Stopped in for an early dinner and drinks and sat at the bar. Bar tender was friendly and great with recommendations as I wanted to try new, out of my normal options, everything she recommended was great and the drink specials were fun/seasonal! The food was great! I had crab cakes the husband had some sort of pasta with scallops and it was so good! It was a bit pricey but exactly what we were expecting to pay for what we got, definitely worth it!"

"We had our company dinner and the whole staff really took care of us. From Joe the owner to Jerry the server and Jimmy the chef, everyone did a phenomenal job. The food and drinks were also outstanding. We had fillet, duck, lamb chops, pasta, meatballs, and stuffed banana peppers. It was all top notch! If you’re looking for a locally owned versus corp chain restaurant with a great menu, reasonable prices, and excellently prepared food, 424 Walnut is your place!!!"

"424 Walnut restaurant serves foods such as mussels, salmon salad, lamb chops, crab cakes, and steaks. My husband and I ate dinner here. The seating hostess and waiter performed their jobs well. Our favorite foods were the filet mignon and the creme brûlée. We thought that the crab hoezel, seared tuna, and coconut pie were good. We thought that the halibut needed more flavor and that the apple sangria did not taste like apple. Including tip, we spent about one hundred dollars per person. My husband and I wore business-casual clothes, but we saw other costumers wearing casual clothes."

"Fantastic! Everything was great... except the bread lol but just don't bother with the complementary bread lol I’ve been here three times now and I still love this place. The waiter we had was wonderful he did an awesome job."
