Our mission is to ensure your success on the road to recovery by offering both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free options in our fully licensed facilities, staffed by experienced and empathetic clinicians.
At Allied Addiction Recovery, we recognize the urgency of accessibility for those struggling with addiction. We prioritize quick scheduling and offer convenient appointment times to meet the immediate needs of our patients.
Therapy plays a crucial role in the success of addiction recovery. We believe that addressing psychological addiction issues is just as vital as treating physical symptoms. Our medication-assisted treatments, including monitored prescriptions of Suboxone and Vivitrol, are designed to support your journey to sobriety.
We also understand that addiction isn't limited to substance abuse. Compulsive gambling is a hidden disease that can be equally destructive. Our certified gambling counselors are ready to help you reclaim your life from this addiction.
Our outpatient group therapy options include traditional outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient therapy (IOP), and partial hospital program therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. These sessions provide structured support, guidance, and direction from therapists, helping clients develop personal strategies and treatment goals to foster commitment and change.
In addition to group therapy, we offer individualized therapy sessions designed to address each person's specific needs. Our goal is to enhance motivation for recovery and to build on individual strengths with tools for personal growth. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of care through honesty, respect for the individual, and open communication between clients and our treatment staff.

"DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH LOCATION When I first started going here I thought it was going to be completely opposite of what it turned out to be. I began in their regular one day a week outpatient program, but then felt I needed more counciling and asked to be in intensive outpatient 3 days a week. On day one when developing my treatment plan, I asked to be on Suboxone for only 3 months, which was signed by me, my doctor (who ended up quitting and being switched 3 separate times in 3 months), as well as my councilor Joe. I have had to begin my own taper, now that they refuse to lower my script Mg no matter how many times I have reminded and asked. I was told I would be graduating from iop a week in advance and had my heart set on it, told work I was coming back full time, and was ready to make the next step in my life. Upon thinking it was my last day in IOP I was told by the front desk Ladies (who almost never have a good attitude) that "insurance is going to pay for more sessions" and that I needed to stay in IOP. Not only will they NOT begin a legitimate taper process, but they won't graduate you out as long as the insurance company will pay for it. As for Joe, he definitely helped me in many ways and I did learn a lot from him, but as soon as his job is threatened in any way (as it was when he considered graduating me from the program) he goes back on his word and becomes very fake. I understand money makes the world go around, but these are peoples lives being messed with by the people we go to for help, and I find it extremely unethical to guide your patient in one direction and then pull the rug out from under their plans for life just because they might get a few more dollars of insurance money. Wish I would've read the reviews before choosing this clinic, which is why I am leaving one now. Good luck if you go here, I hope you have a better experience than I did, but I really just recommend going ANYWHERE but here."
"Kena is a terrible therapist and threw me out because I started going to the night groups which were better for me according to my schedule at work. She told me I need to tell work I have other obligations yeah okay. She's rude ignorant and nobody likes her. Everybody's going to go to the nighttime group that I've spoken to they all feel the same Joe is a way better therapist then she is. She should be ashamed of herself she thinks she's up on her high horse like she told me. She needs to go back to school or get another kind of occupation. She's sneeky gets everyone in trouble. She knows she couldn't talk down to me that's why she didn't like me I'm a 56 year-old woman not a 20 year old that's incarcerated not only is she a terrible therapist but she's a very bad human being as well. And probably one of those mothers that thinks her kids are never gun going to get involved in something bad. Well it's those kind of parents that it does happen to their children. I don't wish Karma on anybody. She has never been in that situation and doesn't understand like Joe does good luck to you Kina cuz you're going to need it"
"The person I spoke with on the phone had a bit of an attitude, but she was helpful."
"The Washington clinic is horrible. The counsler there don't know what he's doing. Tells you to be honest when he don't know the first thing about being honest himself. So many better clinics in Washington with counslers who are supportive of You!"
