"I booked an appointment a month in advance, and they cancelled it hours before I was supposed to have my appointment, now I gotta wait two extra weeks to be seen."

"I would give 5 stars because Dr Molinda is an excellent doctor. I'm not sure what the other reviews are complaining about, she was very friendly, and listened to me on my concerns. The 4 stars is because I had tried to get in to see her as a new patient since January I kept getting my appt rescheduled. I finally had an appt at another office with a NP, who was very rude, before I finally had an appt with Dr Molinda yesterday. As far as her bedside manner and listening to her patients I give her 5 stars."

"I am only giving a 1 star because zero is not an option.. Dr. Molinda has a terrible bedside manner per say, my daughter saw her as a new patient and all Dr. Molinda was concerned about was making her feel bad, dismissing her anxiety concerns as if they were nothing and told her to go to counseling...she then had the nerve to ask my daughter how she pays her bills being she is unemployed at the moment. Don't worry because you'll get your copay as it will be the last one. Bottom line, don't look for any compassion from this woman. The staff was genuinely kinder than she was."

"A word of caution for those seeking holistic medicine from Dr. Molinda. I went in to restart a medication I was previously on. Dr. Molinda downplayed my condition and treated me as though I was drug seeking without more than a minute of assessment. She began offering me a medical marijuana card for anxiety when I expressed no interest in that whatsoever. She then felt the need to check her beeper and mutter, "Oh, another covid" before rushing the rest of the appointment and running out of the room. I knew this wasn't true because there were no other cars in the lot when I left. The worst of it is that she did not wash her hands or use sanitizer when she entered my room. As a fellow medical professional, I expect better from healthcare providers."

"I had a terrible experience once Dr. Urick left this office. Fatagati/Nalin Associates charged me for tests that were unwanted and unnecessary. They also did not use preventative diagnosis codes which turned a routine physical into hundreds of dollars. They refuse to drop the charges after I disputed the bill. Go to a UPMC practice if you can. Fatagati/Nalin Associates are terrible."
